Hey there! I am Naachiket.

Fundamentally, I like solving problems. I like to think about them from first principles, even sometimes when it is not the most efficient way to solve them. The process of truly understanding something underneath all of the abstraction is very rewarding to me.

Currently I work as a software engineer at Lucio, where I focus on core systems, LLM infrastructure and platform. I also oversee the engineering vertical as a whole.

I am the founding engineer here - which means involvement in a lot of different areas, from product design to strategy to hiring and culture.
